Here you will have some info on what I do here.

First off, I will NOT tolerate my art being used for NFT's or AI datasets. Nobody has my permission to do that.

You can use my characters, but...

1: Don't use them for abuse purposes.

2: You don't necessarily need to ask for my permission (since a gift is thoughtful nonetheless), but I'd appreciate you telling me ahead of time so that I'm prepared.

3: Be sure to tag me as common procedure.

4: You can use my pieces as reference, but copy pasting and tracing counts as theft and does not guarantee a fave. (I've had to avoid using this trick in the past)

5: Just don't try to profit off them.

I do take requests (though I have rules for it)

1: I can only take one request at a time (filled in. Wait until otherwise notified)

2: I can't guarantee a finish date (learned from experience)

3: I won't add fetishes of any kind to my gallery (trust me. It would scare my watchers away)

4: I don't draw exposed genitalia or other forms of nudity that isn't considered safe for work. (Though I can have it censored in multiple ways)

5: I don't allow extreme gore such as entrails on the image (though they can be subtly referenced)

6: I won't draw anything associated with ideology such as real world politics.

7: I won't draw crossover shipping unless both characters never had a love interest.

8: I won't draw canon x oc shipping unless both characters never had a love interest.

9: I won't draw someone else's oc unless we have permission.

10: It's highly unlikely that I'll accept a comic request after that first one. (Not pulling the pin on that grenade again)

11: I have the right to turn down requests if it goes out of my comfort zone otherwise.
